Registration Fee

The registration fee includes breakfast and lunch each day.

• Early bird registration (by December 1, 2021): $1,700.00
• Late registration (after December 1, 2021): $1,850.00

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will not be accepted after December 20, 2021. In the unusual circumstance that the course is canceled, two-week notice will be given and tuition will be refunded in full. There will be no refunds due to weather conditions. The University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred.
