About Rosalie Nocella

Rosalie Nocella, MD, DDS, is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at UF Health Jacksonville and an assistant professor at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville.

Dr. Nocella specializes in complex dentoalveolar and reconstructive procedures. She has advanced expertise in corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma and reconstruction, reconstructive implant surgery, and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Nocella earned her doctor of dental surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry and her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine. She completed a general practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center before pursuing a six-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the UF College of Medicine – Jacksonville. Her research interests include innovations and outcomes in complex dentoalveolar reconstructive surgery and biomaterials.
